DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
I purchased the Cuisinart Griddler with Non-Stick Deep Pan, 1750W (#400CA-GR-5NHK) on September 10, 2024, and after using it only a few times in one month, both the upper on/off button and power button on the main panel broke. The buttons fell off, and the hooks inside were damaged.
To make things worse, the customer service from Tott has been disappointing and unhelpful. I expected better quality from Cuisinart and better support from Tott.
Save yourself the hassle—DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM.
