The fan blade, protected by an intermediate panel, effectively uses the heat generated by the side heating elements, providing a more constant and gentle temperature during the dehydration process, avoiding sudden heat fluctuations that could cause unwanted toasting. In addition, the new ceramic heating elements offer greater resistance and significantly reduce energy consumption.

The Excalibur EEs digital control panel allows precise temperature programming between 29 and 74degreeC for up to 72 hours and a countdown timer will be displayed on the screen, ensuring the unit automatically switches off at the end of the drying process, making it suitable for delicate work that requires precision as well as those that require speed and power.
