Giesser Meat Slicer is great to be used for splitting, stripping, and cutting primary meat cuts into sizeable cuts. The blade is made from high grade chrome molybdenum steel, hardened in vacuum process to 56 – 57 Rockwell hardness grade. Its blade is rust resistance and standard plastic handle is made from a special non-slip and pleasant easy-to-grip material (TPE). The well shaped protective guard provides a secure hold and reduces the risk of the hand slipping when holding the knife.
