Return & Exchange
We accept exchange, returns or refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery with the following conditions:
- Processed in person at our Stores or Warehouse. We do not accept any returns through mail.
- Merchandise must be in its new, original condition and packaging, including tags and labels.
- Order receipt must be presented
- Any free gifts or samples received from the purchase should also be returned
- Voucher codes cannot be re-issued if you return an item which was purchased on promotion. Only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded
- Refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase
ToTT Store reserves the right to reject any returns if item does not meet any of the above conditions. Delivery, gift wrapping and assembly fees are non-refundable. We will not bear any charges incurred during the process of exchange, returns or refund of merchandise.

- All food items
- Personalized and customized items
- Clearance items
- Disposable items
- Gift vouchers
- Items damaged through wear and tear, misuse or abnormal use
- Incorrectly self-assembled items
How To Return or Exchange

- If an exchange is preferred, we will check stocks and arrange for the replacement to be sent to the store of your choice for exchange. Please ensure that you contact us and obtain stock availability confirmation before you visit the store. Our locations are:
