    To ensure timely delivery, we begin processing orders immediately after an order has been placed. During the checkout process, you may make changes to your order. However, once your order has been submitted it cannot be altered or changed.

  1. What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently accept any credit or debit card payments from Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
  2. What currency will I be charged in?
    All prices stated on our site are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Orders will also be charged in SGD.
  3. Are taxes included in the price stated?
    Prices stated are inclusive of GST, we will not charge any additional taxes.
  4. Do you offer any instalment plan?
    We do not have any instalment plans at the moment.
  5. Why was my payment declined?

    • Pop Up Blocker – Please ensure that the settings for POP-UP BLOCKER for browser are set to OFF. Otherwise, the relevant transaction pages from the banks or payment vendors cannot be displayed and your transaction will not be processed.
    • Card Details Entered Incorrectly – Be sure to double check your details before submitting the order.
    • Session Time Out – Please refresh the page and try again. Do note that the payment will not go through and no amount will be deducted.

Shipping and Delivery

  1. What are your delivery methods?

    • Standard and Bulky Delivery
      We will deliver your online order to your default shipping address via our assigned courier service. Please refer to the table below for the respective charges.
    • Click & Collect
      Self Pick up is available at ToTT @ Suntec City, ToTT @ IMM & ToTT @ i12 Katong. For Store Pick up order, our store is open from 11am to 9pm Sun-Thur, 11am to 930pm Fri-Sat. Here’s a link with details and directions: https://tottstore.com/location/
      You may place your order now and select “Store pick up” for store collection at checkoutPlease contact us directly via seller chat or whatsapp #9816 5508 to arrange pick up location and time of collection.

      Kindly take note that a change of delivery method is not possible once the order is placed.

    Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse through our local delivery partners.  Our local delivery partners shall deliver the product to the address specified in your Order. Items will be placed at the door of the stated delivery location if there is no one to receive it during the point of delivery.

  3. Do you ship internationally?
    We only provide local shipping in Singapore. International shipping is currently not provided.
  4. Are there any restricted zones in Singapore that you do not deliver to?
    Delivery service does not serve offshore islands (Pulau Tekong, Pulau Ubin, Bukom, Jurong Island) and restricted zones (military, PSA, Changi Free Trade Zone etc).
