Its laser-cut stainless steel “GridCut” blade with a large working area achieves an efficient result. The beautifully shaped “RoccaAlio”, designed by Robert Franzheld, is handy and ergonomic to use, and its handle made of fine acacia wood is comfortable to hold. The solid chopping board is also made of robust, natural and food-safe acacia wood – due to its antibacterial properties, wood is particularly suitable for use with food.
