Giesser Cooks Knife 25cm with Narrow Forged Blade, POM Handle

Giesser Cooks Knife has been developed especially for professionals and home cooks who permanently use the knife without putting it away. Its new designed handle is made from very soft and slip proof plastic material, is ergonomic shaped, and has a comfortable grip due to its flexibility. Absolute stability is guaranteed due to the hard core inside the handle. The transition from handle to blade is offset, thus making re-sharpening of the blade very easy.
