This pan’s 26x47cm cooking surfaces offer uniquely designed grill bars for grilling meats and vegetables on one side and a large flat griddle surface perfect for making pancakes, frying eggs or hash brown potatoes on the other side. Integral handles make moving this pan from the Stovetop to your oven for finishing or broiling a snap. This large cast iron pan can operate over two heating elements efficiently heating the entire pan. Enameled cast iron evenly distributes heat and can efficiently and effectively grill meats and vegetables or become the perfect griddle for your stovetop. Uniquely grooved grilling bars channel fats and oils away from food for more healthy cooking and create perfect char marks every time. Large size accommodates large cuts of meat or multiple servings of pancakes. This multipurpose pan is dishwasher safe and detergent compatible for fast and easy cleanup. Each side of this two-sided pan is compatible with most gas and electric heating elements and ovens. Ceramic cooktops are not recommended for this model. This pan is temperature rated up to 500°F.
