Use:You may use 6″, 8″, 10”, and 12″ tortillas. If the tortillas used are sold at room temperature they are already soft and don’t require any heating to make them pliable. If using refrigerated tortillas, wrap them in a slightly dampened dish towel and heat them in the microwave for 20-30 seconds, just until they are soft. Don’t overheat them or they will get hard and brittle.
DIRECTIONS FOR OVEN: Press tortilla into the Tortilla Bowl Maker. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes until evenly browned and crispy. Let them cool in the pan for a couple of minutes, move them to a cooling rack.
DIRECTIONS FOR GRILL: Place tortilla bowl maker with tortilla on the grill over an indirect medium heat source. Grill until edges are golden brown. Make sure to monitor the tortilla bowls while cooking, as length of cooking time will vary depending on grill type and size of tortilla used
